A Fiery Bog Adventure
SCENARIO:
After investigating a firefly population on one of her barefoot hikes through some wetlands, Nicky is captured by Octo, the tiny overlord who presides over the waterlogged land called the Fiery Bog. It’s a place of flame plumes, dampness, and melting heat. He’s holding her prisoner in one of his bog water glass cells, waiting for her to “cure” from the effects of the fiery bog before adding her to his collection of lost children. Those who are not residents of the bog will eventually suffer from a terrible syndrome, called meltiosis: deformity by melting. The only way to save her is to meet Octo’s challenge of finding all his precious trinkets hidden throughout the bog in time before the melting begins.
