Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund policy is active during the ordering process and on the day of transaction.

Perishable goods cannot be returned, however they can be replaced.

Refunds

A refund is issued when:

A genuine accident occurred (ex. dropping your product on the ground) and you do not want a replacement.

You changed your mind and no longer want to order the product.

Refunds can be issued right away only if, the situation meets the above conditions.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email.whimsy@gmail.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacements

We only replace items that become damaged by accident. Notify the person who sold you the food right away, a replacement will be made for you.
